The deadline for abstracts is December 27th, and outcomes will be communicated by the end of January.

Abstracts should be sent to the event email address:

in .pdf format, and should consist of a maximum of two A4 pages (no smaller than 10 pt font), excluding references. They may include one (potentially composite) figure no larger than one third of a page. Please include the last name of the presenting author in the filename.

Early career prizes will be awarded for the best theoretical and the best experimental poster contribution, and based on research achievement relevant to the poster presented. Three finalists per category will be selected, based on their abstract submissions, and will be invited to present a contributed talk.

To qualify as Early-Career, candidates must be students, or have no more than two years of postdoctoral experience at the time of the event (May 2025), and specify in their submission email their candidacy for the ECR award competition.
